  When we first used Inspired Floors they were called eFloors...they have since changed the name but ownership remained the same (at least last I checked). When our flooring was first installed we were pleased...it all looked really nice...now that we've had the flooring for maybe 5 years now...I'm extremely displeased with the quality of the installation. I have tile in my upstairs bathroom where the grout is cracking or chipped away and the tiles themselves are now loose or in the case of the small pieces by the doorway...completely separated. I'm attaching pictures so you can see the quality work done. I completely regret replacing my tile now as the builder installation was far more durable. We had the builder tile for 10 years with no issues. Because of this installation disaster we will have to spend more money that could have gone towards new wood flooring for the upstairs, but now it will have to go to ripping out this tile and replacing it using a better installer. No issue with their flooring selections...just quality of their installers...I wouldn't use them again for installing any flooring.
